Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate our core values, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Conduct store inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Work with various equipment
• Effective communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
