Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. From merchandising to cashiering and cleaning, you will contribute to creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Hours

• 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in inventory counts and contribute to minimizing losses

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
