Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older
• Experience in retail and operating cash registers preferred
• Ability to provide courteous service and work efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
