Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Interact with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
