Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle merchandise with care

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and manage tasks efficiently
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
