Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to company guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate with team members, and report issues to management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of physical tasks and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills, organization, and teamwork ability.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience a plus.
