Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. values in daily activities
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and communicate effectively with team members
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
