Job Description

Join our team as a Store Team Member at Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Experience in retail is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
