Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized store environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. competencies to fulfill the role's requirements.
• Process customer transactions, ensure store cleanliness, and maintain neatly stocked shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash-handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, ensure document security, and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
