Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, supporting customers, and working closely with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise
• Assist customers and communicate effectively within the team
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts
• Follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies for security and confidentiality
• Perform additional assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safe equipment operation and cleaning standards
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
