Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock replenishment duties efficiently.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and follow proper cleaning protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
