As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized store while providing top-notch customer service. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies to ensure efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and handle equipment responsibly.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
