Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on product inventory and assist with store inventory counts
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling protocols

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
