Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and store operations

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
