Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and keeping the store well-maintained. Your role will contribute to enhancing the overall customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store by stocking shelves and tidying merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Contribute feedback to enhance product quality, manage inventory, and address store concerns.
- Adhere to cash-handling policies and uphold company regulations for a secure shopping environment.
- Execute inventory counts in adherence to guidelines and monitor inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to use store equipment responsibly, including manual tools and machinery.
- Capable of maintaining store cleanliness according to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with state and local regulations for selling alcoholic beverages.
