Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's guidelines and competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory checks and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
