Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to deliver exceptional customer service.

Starting Wage

$19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment.
• Great communication skills and capability to work both independently and within a team.
• High School Diploma preferred.
