Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock, merchandise, and maintain product displays.
• Operate cash registers and assist customers with their purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers and floor scrubbers.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
