Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
