Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the overall store appearance. This position is full-time, offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
