Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking operations.

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Follow company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe operation of equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
