Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ALDI's M.A.P. approach and act competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures while ensuring document security.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate cash registers and various equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
