Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. As a Store Team Member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ALDI's M.A.P. principles.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper stocking of shelves.
• Offer excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management procedures and uphold company policies.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and perform various physical tasks in the store environment.
• Flexibility to handle tasks with or without accommodations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
