Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a member of our store team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain product organization.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security of documents and data.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
