Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our Aldi family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and professional skills in everyday tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in store inventory procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to uphold company standards for cleanliness and customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
