Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with the team.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to provide efficient customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail and familiarity with handling equipment is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
