Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of using equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
