Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking products, and collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming environment for our shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI core values and professional skills in your daily tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate openly with management.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.
• Contribute to inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
