Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI and be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring
• Adhere to cash-handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
