Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by handling merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and ensure store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
