Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include stocking and merchandising products, cashiering, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Communicate effectively and work well within a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
