Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, enhancing the shopping experience for customers, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
