Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform cleaning duties.
