Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to exceeding customer expectations and ensuring a positive shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain neat product presentation.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and follow inventory guidelines.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
