Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the team to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
