Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat store appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Good customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Educational and Experience

• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Combination of education and experience is a plus
