Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store remains organized and our customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Job Type

Full-Time | 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
