Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Store Team Member, you will merchandise products, operate the cashier, and maintain the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
