Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandising displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and report to store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Perform various tasks as assigned within the store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Aptitude in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of following cleaning protocols and adhering to company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
