Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in all tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandising products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
