Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
