Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and working collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by demonstrating professionalism and exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in inventory management and operate equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
