We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Collaborate on inventory management and store operations
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
