Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
