Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall store efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash-handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
