Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Type:

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures.

Physical Demands:

You should be able to stock merchandise, handle 45-pound products, and perform cleaning duties as required. Standing, bending, lifting, and walking are essential physical requirements for the role.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
