We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
