Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute positively to the store's operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. principles in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and polite customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of following cleaning standards and company policies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
