Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. This position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves neatly and organizing merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous service.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
