Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a key part of the store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security, and handle various tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Capacity to perform cleaning duties and follow company guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
